1. Eligibility
- Certain Items purchased directly from PZ Pets e-commerce platform are eligible for a return within 7 days of purchase
- A valid invoice of the purchased product will be required as a proof of purchase. Failing to provide the invoice or receipt does not make you eligible for a return or refund
- The Product must be in the original packaging, unused and its original condition
- Perishable items like food or treats, medicines, multi vitamin cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reason unless they are defective or expired upon arrival
2. Refund & Return Process
- If you wish to return an eligible item, please send an email to paws@pzpets.com or contact us at 00971551151800 mentioning the reason.
- Include a photo of the damaged or expired product for the team to analyse the case. Please note shipping charges will be incurred by the customer unless it is an error from our end. Once the team has confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refund will be processed in 5-7 business days from the date of product received.
3. Items that are not eligible for refund or exchange
- Customised or engraved products
- Perishable items, food or treats, multivitamins.
- Products bought on sale
- Used Items
4. Policy Changes
- PZ Pets reserve the right to modify or update this Return and Refund policy at any time.
- Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website, and immediately will be effective upon posting.
